Are there more than three ways to get from the centre of a circle to its circumference,
from the centre of a sphere to the surface?
- an infinite number of radii (points of identity: radiation)
- spiral/ball of string - (continuity of experience: unity of being)
- sucessive shells (quantum levels: self similarity)
Well, where would you start? What is the first question?
Which way is up?
Where did I come from?
suppose that in singularity there is simultaneous being at the centre and the circumference - and not!
Simultaneous identity, being one with everything, and being in that pattern that is in all things identical.
Sounds a bit religious - but it cannot be, because all that space/time stuff gets cancelled out.
Does it? As the mass tends to infinity, time slows to nothing. A moment there lasts eternity here.
It becomes some sort of elsewhere. It is bigger than the universe, eternal, here but not here, nowhere but everywhere
Being and Non-Being
the point, The Point. If there is only one then it can have no size.
It could be infinitely large or incredibly tiny
and there would be no way to know,
nothing to measure it against.
what do I know?
That's one of the fundamental questions.
What do I know that is true?
What do I know that is true for all?
There are facts.
There is intuitive knowing.
There is the wisdom that comes from experience.
Different kinds of knowing.
there's what you believe
and what you feel
and what you instinctively do.
stirred up together -
I have to start somewhere!
